My daughter is currently enrolled in an art college and she loves it. Out of all her classes, she loves the painting and drawing classes the most. Everyday she comes home and explains a new technique that she learned and then runs to her room to try it out on a paper or canvas.
I have been noticing lately that she has begun to spread out. It used to be that I never saw any of her work or projects outside of her own bedroom. Now, they seem to find their way onto the kitchen table, laid out in the hallways, stacked on the living room couch or even in the garage. It looked as if the paintings and designs were going to take over the house. I finally had had enough one day and told her that she needs to find something to store her drawings and pictures in.
She came to me later that night and presented an item made by Advance Organizing Systems to store her papers in. It is called the VFile and Folders. She said that she had wanted something that was easy to carry around, but that was very sturdy at the same time. The VFile and Folders were the ideal choice. The corrugated cardboard that the Vfile was made out of gave it the ability to be moved from room to room. It also has a reinforced bottom so that it would hold the heavier canvases and watercolor projects my daughter created.
My daughter also explained that she could put up to 750 prints in one of the VFiles. All she needs to do was place her document flat into the one of the Folders that the VFile comes with, and slide the Folders into the box. The Vfile also has places where you may clearly label all your works for future reference. Advance Organizing Systems also made the Vfile and its Folders with Acid-Free materials so that none of my daughter’s projects would get ruined if she wanted to store them permanently.
The best part out of everything was the price. It was very affordable and economical. This easy to use resolution was clearly the perfect method to consolidate and store my daughter’s projects. Advance Organizing Systems’ really thought about everything when creating the VFile with Folders.
